Essential local preferences
Theme, language, and optional map progress are stored only in this browser. These settings keep the helper working as requested and do not trigger an advertising or analytics consent prompt.
Google Analytics
Analytics runs only on an explicitly enabled public production release. It measures page paths and a small set of stable actions; raw searches, map coordinates, progress, notes, and entered values are never sent. Regional consent defaults are applied before the tag loads. Where consent is required, the denied default permits only cookieless, limited measurement until Google Privacy & messaging updates the choice; elsewhere measurement starts without a universal banner.
Google AdSense
Ads run only on an explicitly enabled public production release and never on this privacy page. Google and approved advertising partners may use cookies or similar storage for advertising. For affected European traffic, ad requests wait until the certified CMP has a TCF decision; refusal may result in limited or non-personalized ads.
Regional privacy controls
The site is available worldwide. Google Privacy & messaging is scoped to the visitor: a certified TCF message is used in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, while applicable US-state opt-out controls use GPP and honor supported Global Privacy Control signals. Visitors outside an applicable scope are not shown a universal consent banner.
